PAYMENT POLICY

• Standard Rate Includes V.A.T. and local tax
• In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% will be required
• The balance to be paid 30 days prior arrival
• The full amount is due if a booking is made less than 30 days before arrival
• A damage deposit of 500 euros is payable upon arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A full refund of the deposit will be given for cancellations 60 days prior to arrival date.
  

EXTRA PERSONS

The villa is for 10 persons

The lower floor, encompasses 3 independent apartments with maximum capacity of 8. These apartments will remain closed if your group size is 10 or less. For groups of 12, two apartments will remain closed. For groups of 14, one apartment will be closed. All will be opened for groups up to 18.

CHILDREN POLICY

• Baby cot is provided with no extra cost
• There is no charge for kids under 3 years old (sleeping in a cot)
